Medical Assistant – MAT

Primarily assists the medical & therapeutic staff with technical medical duties, paperwork and processes. Interacts with clients and vendors as well as other support staff.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Clear speaking voice in the English language.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly express thoughts to others and exchange information.
  • Ability to maintain good working relationship with clients, co-workers, associates and managers.
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware, telephone systems, computer software, including MS Office Suite, scheduling software, RxNT and other job-specific software, as well as Mac platform.
  • Awareness and understanding of HIPAA regulations.
  • Awareness and understanding of DEA regulations.
  • Ability to work with money and cash receipts; must be bondable.
  • Hold updated required licenses and certifications.
  • Ability to dress in a professional manner.
  • Valid driver’s license, valid automobile insurance and good driving record.
  • Demonstrated record of good work attendance and reliability.
  • Flexible work habits and work schedule.
  • This position requires a professional demeanor and an orientation toward customer service.
  • Experience in addiction environment helpful.
  • Minimum level of Education: appropriate medical technical degree and certification
  • Minimum level of Experience: 2 years prior experience in medical field, including phlebotomy, experience in office environment helpful

 

Medical Receptionist

Job Summary: The Receptionist handles customer inquiries both in person and on the phone, and provides information and assistance to staff and the public according to established procedures. This position is also responsible for computer support, photocopying, filing, mailing and other clerical duties to support other staff members in a busy office environment.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

Therapist/Counselor – MAT

Provide counseling to patients. Outline therapeutic steps for successful recovery and monitor progress. Interact with patients promptly and as needed. Work as a team member with medical staff and administrative staff.

Medical Cashier/Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

Interact with patients in the financial and scheduling aspect. Collect payments, log, reconcile and deposit. Schedule appointments, answer incoming calls, communicate with insurance companies and agencies. Also support other staff members and functions as listed below.

PA – Physician Assistant/Associate – MAT

Primarily assists the doctors & therapeutic staff with evaluating and treating patients, following established policies and procedures. Interacts with clients/patients and vendors/pharmacies as well as other support staff. Orders and monitors appropriate medications. Stays up-to-date with policies, procedures, treatment options and licensing in the addiction field.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Clear speaking voice in the English language.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly express thoughts to others and exchange information.
  • Ability to maintain good working relationship with clients/patients, co-workers, associates and managers.
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware – Apple platform preferred, telephone systems, computer software, including Office Suite, scheduling software, RxNT and other job-specific software such as PDMP.
  • Ability to dress in a professional manner.
  • Valid driver’s license, valid automobile insurance and good driving record.
  • Demonstrated record of good work attendance and reliability.
  • Flexible work habits and work schedule.
  • This position requires a professional demeanor and an orientation toward customer service.
  • Minimum level of Education: appropriate medical degree and certification
  • Minimum level of Experience: 2 years prior experience in medical field, including in addiction medicine
  • Must be bondable and have been certified by PA State and DEA for MAT

 

Recovery Coach/CRS
